What started as a simple love for painting has grown into a space where I share my journey with mental health and emotional healing. As an art therapist and training counsellor, I’ve seen how creativity can help us process, reconnect, and continue moving forward through difficult seasons.
The idea for The Garden Post came from wanting
to create something
slower and more
meaningful in a fast,
digital world. I’ve always
loved “analog” things…holding a
paper book, working with clay and making something tangible that carries meaning.
What began as a personal reminder to slow down became a way to share encouragement and connection through thoughtfully curated mail.
